There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representatives Foster and Gara: Page 2, lines 3 - 4: Delete all material. Page 2, lines 8 - 10: Delete all material and insert: "WHEREAS questions have arisen as to whether provisions of the Hatch Act have been violated; and" Representative Gara moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 2 was offered by Representative Thomas: Page 1, line 9: Delete "is" Insert "was" Representative Thomas moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 2 be adopted. There being no objection, it was so ordered. The question being: "Shall HR 10 am pass the House?"
